Why work with a USA study visa specialist
We guide students to six countries, but the United States is what we know best. The F-1 process has its own logic. A school certified by the US government issues your Form I-20, you prove you can pay for your whole first year, and a consular officer decides in a short interview whether you are a genuine student with a clear plan. Every part of our USA service is built around that moment.
That focus shows in the details: the scholarship deadlines that matter for Pakistani applicants, the sponsor documents officers in Islamabad expect, and the questions students actually hear at the window. Our guide to F1 visa interview questions gives you a taste of how we prepare.
What our USA study visa service covers
- An honest profile review. Your grades, study gap, English score and plans after graduation, assessed before you apply anywhere. If your profile needs more time, we will say so.
- A realistic university shortlist. Schools certified by SEVP that suit your subject and record, with a sensible mix of ambitious and safer choices.
- Applications and scholarships. Your statement of purpose reviewed until it sounds like you at your best, your recommendation requests planned early, and scholarship and assistantship applications prepared on time.
- Your I-20, checked. Your name, programme dates and funding figures matched against your passport and documents before anything is filed.
- SEVIS, DS-160 and your appointment. We guide you through the SEVIS I-901 payment, the DS-160 form and booking your interview.
- Financial documents. Bank statements, sponsor letters and tax records organised so an officer can follow where the money comes from. Our bank statement guide explains what officers look for.
- Mock interviews. Practice sessions with a counsellor who asks the questions officers ask, until you can explain your plans calmly and in your own words.
- Before you fly. What to carry, when you can enter, and how to keep your status once you arrive.
No tuition fee upfront
With Via Nova you do not pay your US tuition before your visa. You pay your tuition after your visa, or after you arrive in the USA. You can focus on preparing a strong application without that pressure on your family.

Interviews in Islamabad or Karachi
Student visa interviews for Pakistan take place at the US Embassy in Islamabad and the US Consulate General in Karachi, and you choose the location when you book. Many students from Lahore choose Islamabad, one motorway journey away. Appointment waiting times change from month to month, so check our US visa appointment wait time guide before you plan your dates.
Honest advice, in writing
We are not visa officers, and nobody can promise you a US visa. Only the consular officer decides. What we promise is the work: an honest view of your chances, a genuine and complete file, and preparation that lets you speak about your plans with confidence. We never create, edit or arrange documents, and we will tell you plainly if your profile needs more time before you apply.
Rules also change. In 2026 alone, interview rules, social media checks and the length of stay for students have all moved. We keep track so you do not have to: see new US student visa rules in 2026.
